[~kristopherkane], unfortunately the patch doesn't work anymore due to the
changes made for [KNOX-481]. The service definition file and rewrite file for
webhcat can now be found in the module gateway-service-definitions under the
resources folder (src/resources/services/webhcat/0.13.0).
