[~lmccay] missed this in emails. The original intent was to bring webhcat into
alignment with the nomenclature in the topology file in addition to the formal
API standard of templeton. It was agreed that this was an OK change for Knox
and as far as the patch goes it just needs to be refactored for
gateway-service-definitions.
