Thanks Kevin, for pointing out the new X-Forwarded filter in Knox. Redirect is
a common case in UI world, and if component UIs could take advantage of these
headers when forming redirects, this would ease proxy server greatly for
redirect issue. Currently, we can only set rules to rewrite the location header.
