Attachment: KNOX-752.001.patch
First patch for Knox websocket support. The patch contains:
1) Support for proxying text messages
2) Use the service def. and topology files to figure out the websocket service
3) Couple of unit tests
There are still some enhancements that should be done:
1) Support for binary messages
2) Rewrite rules
3) Make the functions reusable.
