Attachment: KNOX-752.005.patch
Added few more Tests mostly to handle failure cases such as
1) Backend websocket server down.
2) Bad URL.
3) Websocket Message too long.
4) Abrupt connection close.
Small changes to code to handle failures more gracefully.
Let me know what you think and if anything else needs to be added.
