[~coheigea] - I was working on this patch as well but it wouldn't add it to the
archive as far as I can see.
I was even trying to add it through the assembly.xml.
Did you actually build and see it in the jar?
Also, for this patch and for the samples README, I was taking the approach of
putting a bit in the README from the users guide page and referring to the
latest users guide rather than changing the version just so we have to manage
it again next release.
