As per the document , acl for authorization provider can be provided only at
the service level. Only the Mode "acl.mode" ( value: AND / OR ) can be given at
the cluster level

Syntax for setting an acl is: <name>{serviceName}.acl</name>
But while setting the default Acl from admin ui an invalid param *acl* gets
added to the provider configuration.
