Using a docker environment I tried back with 0.8.0 and .1 - same results. This
is a new install so only tried with knox 1.3.0 (and Okta and SAML)
Correct with the link gateway/sandbox/zeppelin/
Chrome inspect is also throwing this.. (which might be related ie .. is it
defined in those missing .map files?)
