Using knox 1.2.0 the okta login doesnt work - if I hit the manager/admin-ui it
will prompt for okta login, if I hit my zeppelin it wont prompt it just fails
on login.html not found.
If I hit manager/admin-ui AND log in the call to Zeppelin works fine. Ie I am
already validated.
I will try the above versioning.
