   Just an idea you may consider: a new DAO interface should be declared with 
one implementation (e.g. `ClouderaManagerClusterConfigurationFileSystemDAO 
implements ClouderaManagerClusterConfigurationDAO`) and all the persist/load 
methods are moved into the DAO layer for better separation of the business 
logic and file system operations.
