Description:
Knox doesn't support having multiple providers with the same role in one
topology. For example if there are 2 identity-assertion providers, then one
must be disabled ore deleted.
There are certain cases when disabling the provider is not enough (which is
another bug, see KNOX-2982) and only removal helps. However the hadoop xml
resource based config doesn't support removal.
