to 3.30.6
## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Update groovy to 5.0.4, jline to 3.30.6, jna to 5.18.1, aspectj to 1.9.25.1.
Rewrote gateway-shell using JLine 3 and Groovy 5.
## How was this patch tested?
Some example scripts were run. More testing is needed.
