FYI, I just made a config change on Jenkins that, in theory, should prevent any emails from being sent for "Build started" comments. They'll still show up on the review, just won't generate email messages.
Hopefully this will reduce noise while still providing the convenient link to builds in progress. The motivation to do so now is that I'm working on a trigger which runs clang-tidy and generates automatic comments from it. That means we now have more than one build triggered per patch and the emails would just get out of hand. -Todd -- Todd Lipcon Software Engineer, Cloudera
