It's fine to include one high cardinality dimension in current release, but please pay attention to well design the "aggregation group" and rowkey order.
There's continue efforts will put on to support many dimensions with high cardinality or, support extreme high cardinality. Please share with us if you have such cases and sample data and analytics scenario which could evaluate coming design. Thanks.
