thanks for your detailed infos. Looks somehow that this is a windows tcsh environment problem, I am not sure if "GenericInformationList * pStandLst=0x00000000" should realy be a null pointer :) I am on vacation the next weeks but I forward this issue to ause, he will take a look on this one. Any else can confirm this problem on windows plattform ?

m145/windows:
- first full build - success (some error on making installation set of
SDK, but this is not the place :)
- then 'normal' localize - crash
