I am under cygwin/tcsh/win and after successful build of OOo, which
'proves' good src setup, I am doing this:
cd $SRC_ROOT
tcsh
source winenv.set
rehash
cd solver/680/wntmsci10.pro/bin/
./localize.pl -e -l en-US -f /$SRC_ROOT/GSI_en-US.sdf -s $SRC_ROOT
output is:

### Searching sdf particles

### Fetching source language strings
and then localize_pl.exe crashes with following:
