Hello Ilyas, hello all, if you need some space our servers and a dedicated subproject that can be later on grown as a full-fledged community, you may also consider applying for the Native-Language projects (http://native-lang.openoffice.org) ; but for technical work, L10N is the right place and will provide you the right tool.
