Rafaella, how can I see if my language has a dictionary in the build?
Or can I assume it doesn't, since it hasn't been supported before? (I
was assuming that, but you never know...)

We have one excellent free dictionary, available online and also for
download, which I would recommend, The Free Vietnamese Dictionary
Project [1]. What information do we need in order to file the issue,
apart from that mentioned above? Is there any specific format required?
If in order to be integrated the engineers need more information, this
can be done using the issue...
Sorry for all the questions, but I haven't done this before. :)
