So I guess I should no longer file issue for vi and other languages mentioned?
vi definitely has an encoding issue with win installer as well as GUI. Also, as MSI has no problems with Georgian and unicode, and we merely use NSIS for distributing the package, perhaps we could create installers for unicode-only languages?
