first URL never provides whole builds for not-Sun languages.
As you can easily see, Kurdish is not the only one.

I got a similar explanation when I asked why Vietnamese wasn't covered in the full builds. Just "we don't do that", but not why...

Surely Sun speaks the same languages as the rest of the world?

And if not, how do we remove this barrier?
