Ciao Enrico,

great to hear that you'll be working on the Friulian translation :-) .
Just to be clear: do you need the Italian sdf files to use as source for translation or do you need them as reference during translation?

One more thing: whay do you want the 2.1 files? I would suggest that you and your team start translating the 2.2 files...

Just let me know,
Rafaella

Ciao Rafaella,
we need the italian files only as reference during translation. Davide Dozza suggested us to translate the english files directly... We want to translate the 2.2 release, and for the moment we want to start from the Writer user interface, in order to understand the translation process. I have found also this guide: http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/openoffice.org?DokuWiki=eeecb7319622a9c49fa390d7456ac2bc :what do you think about?
Thank you very much for Your help!
Excuse me if my english is not perfect!
Bye
Enrico Di Lenarda
P.S.: Do you speak Italian? ;-)
