Thanks for the hint, the SO strings has been accidently exported. The
files are deleted, a new export is running and uploaded asap.
I suspect that there is a bug in the export/import routines. I mentioned
it in IZ but it was not confirmed.
In the current OOo sources I have for example:

What is the issue number?
Please note that the exclamation mark (!) is missing from the end of the
segment. There are a lot of segments like this. Finally I had them all
fixed in OOo 2.2 but I would like to make sure that these bugs never
come back. :)
