I suggest we follow the same process as we did for the 2.2 and 2.3
release. We will be preparing sdf files containing only new and strings
to update and we will provide them via issue to the Communities who want
to join the translation collaboration effort.
Files for translation will be ready end September.
For the Communities working on the Sun virtuallab with Pootle, we will
have the updated content set up by the end of September on the Pootle
server.
I'm just preaparing a wiki with the necessary information.
