Laurent is right when he said that it's of no need to translate a page that brings you to English content behind all the links, it only gives a poor image of our community. For example in the same page, Solutions, Contributions, even the link to the survey is in English where all this content already exist in French. (http://survey.services.openoffice.org/user/ooo_survey_july_2007_fr.php) So I'll translate the strings you need, but please, put also this page in the l10n stream so that we can correct links and typos in it.
