Sorry, i have had very limited time during the last weeks due to my job.
For the Catalan team, we sorry but we haven't be able to do it because
the translators are having problems with the pootle translation
system.
They don't know how to submit the entries once translated. Isn't
supposed to be a submit button in the UI?
When users register, they only have 'suggest' privilege in default. The
language lead who has administrate privilege need to set proper
permission to translators. After modify the permission setting,
translators can see the 'submit' button.

Can you please confirm that you will be the administrator of Catalan in
Pootle? Then I'll give you the administrate privilege for Catalan so
that you can set the permission to the translators.
