I'm coming and going a fair bit at the moment, due to illness, but
hopefully I have reappeared in time for the 2.4 release.
I have updated our translation to m241. Interface is 100%, Help is 40%.
I have logged our current translation as an issue for 2.4, originally
assigned to ihi, since I didn't realize we had to assign to vg. I went
back and CCd the issue to vg, since I couldn't see how to change the
assignee.
