Well like I said, I am not very experience on localization and have just
done 'what was requried' so I am still developing a criteria for what is
good and what is not good for localization.
So far I only want to have a better user management so I can monitor the
individual development of the individuals.I barely getting to know and
understand Pootle. I would need to learn the Gnome and Mozilla
localization workflows as well as already widely implemented localization
efforts on Aspell-MySpell, tools like omega-T and the proprietary
commercial applications that have a good framework.
Sorry I couldnt contribute enough but at least I am talking to Ismael Olea
which has done a lot of work on Localization in Spanish and has a much
clearer picture than me on what the Spanish language need on all the major
communities.
He even got a proposal at http://www.l10n.net

Hi charles, I met Pascal 2 weeks ago in Caceres. There is a greater
push for cross aplication compatibility efforts.
We also seem to be many scattered ideas that need to be pushed jointly.
I am far from being a localization expert but i have been looking into
other projects localization efforts.

Subject: [l10n-dev] Thoughts on Localization
Hello,
yesterday I had a meeting with P. Chevrel from the Mozilla L10N team and
we exchanged ideas on how both projects were dealing with it.
He pointed me to a development project taking place inside Mozilla about
L10N tools. Might be worth taking a look: http://wiki.mozilla.org/L20n
Best wishes,
Charles.
