Hi Olivier, Sophie,
Do you still have such a long response time in Pootle? I'm trying now,
it takes 2-3 seconds to move to another page..
I'll try to investigate what's the problem among several possiblities,
hardware, network or Pootle itself.
Hi Pootle user,
When you have a trouble during online translation, please let me know
your status so that I can check out what's the problem.
Thanks,
Aijin

Hi,
Am I the only one who gets > 15 seconds average time for pootle
response? With such response times it becomes very hard to keep a
transation pace comfortable directly on the server. Just doing a
simple math, I have >1570 string to translate in HC2/scal/01.po, at
this pace it will take me no less than 7 hours waiting for Pootle...
Sad...
I meet the same response time. I have the time to answer my mail
between 2 strings ;-)
So I tried to download the file to work on Kbabel, but KBabel shows
weird things with msgids ... for example:
_: 04060103.xhp#par_id3148558.407.help.text\n
<emph>Maturity</emph> is the date on which the security matures
(expires).
The HC/scalc/01.po file I downloaded has this in it:
#: 04060103.xhp#par_id3148558.407.help.text
msgid ""
"_: 04060103.xhp#par_id3148558.407.help.text\n"
"<emph>Maturity</emph> is the date on which the security matures
(expires)."
msgstr ""
Pootle does not get bothered with the spurious string "_:
04060103.xhp#par_id3148558.407.help.text\n"
but Kbabel does.
Am I missing something on Kbabel and/or is there another fine tunning
for Pootle needed?
Yes, but Ain said that this is not a problem. I don't think that we
have to gsi check the files, but I'm not sure.
Kind regards
Sophie
