Pootle update is schedules in near future. However if you want to
update for yourself, please use DEV300_m3 en_US.sdf.
I need the current template (en_US.sdf) to convert our current Pootle
files to a GSI file, so Pavel can use it for his regular builds.
I hope, in the future, Pootle will be able to do all this for us. :D
You don't need to upload the Pootle content we already do that and
before we start we announce it to this list. Details on the schedule can

I am waiting for Aijin to confim when she is will able to update the
Pootle content to a) announce this to the list and 2) to update the
translation schedule for Pootle users and non-Poolte users.
