Thanks a lot for your help, it's a good workaround :)

Good!

Now, may be we can have it by default if we all agree on some values that are also acceptable for developers ?

Type A) Problem with a certain dialog
If some messages written in various languages get truncated in a certain
dialog window which has been recently added, the fix could be done by
the developers account for the dialog.

Type B) Problem with a certain language
If some messages written in a certain language truncated in several
dialog windows, but the same problems does not happen with other most
languages, consider tweaking the value of DialogScale.

When deciding a specific value, take account of the followings:
 - System requirements [1] says 800 x 600 or higher resolution.
 - Scale factor can be set up to 130%, tools - options - OOo - View.
 - The biggest dialog should fit to the size of 800 x 600 screen.
 - Buttons "OK" or "Cancel" to close a dialog should be shown
   at any circumstances - 800 x 600, 130%, large value of DialogScale.
