sorry for this. In the OOO300 m2 the new tar.gz packet format was
introduced but it looks like that the handling is not yet easy. I
expected that I created both , rpm and tar.gz but sadly the rpm's where
missing ....

and soffice complains: unable to start application, an error ocurred.
May be the rpm scripts are needed to finish the installation.
