According to Ivo's mail on 21th Aug., Vitnamese HC issue was fixed in the
build.

the latest l10n fixes are merged into the cws localisation31. I uploaded
only Linux rpms this time ....

hu UI / HC2 fixes ( i92834 , i92858 )
HC2 fixes for : br ca cs da de es et fr gl hu it ja ko lt mk nl pt

And the missing be-BY build is provided!
