I have a similar concern with Andre. We in the Finnish localization team were just about ready to finally send an updated translation for 3.1. Our last update is from late 2005, and all translation work done after that is by three people, who now have signed the JCA or SCA (one SCA still pending, I have to ask Risto Jääskeläinen to add his name on the list of pending SCAs). But I cannot guarantee that this standard has been held before that. In fact I know that at some point in early 2005 some translations were made by a group of contributors (about 10 people who all did a relatively small amount of translation work). None of them have signed anything as far as I know, and I have no contact information to ask them to do so, because I was not involved with this project back then. So instead of submitting the update, should we now request the existing translation to be removed and then perhaps re-translate everything from late 2004 to early 2005 just to be sure? We have no version control data from that time, so finding the things to remove would be very hard, although some packages of PO or GSI files may still exist. Or can we go ahead with submitting the updated translation, since it would not add any non-JCA/SCA material to what is already there?
