IIRC, we rolled back around 900 changes menuitem > emph and

Frank, it is true, many unwanted changes were rolled back with m59,
but not that many to make our lives really easier.
Understood. Sorry about that.
We (docs and l10n) really need to get together to sort this
out for the future.
