Hm, as Ivo said ATM these tools are not provided. I messed it up with this User Feedback or something thingie, thats also missing from community builds. I'm sorry for that. Anyways, such a big parts of text with unclear future and bad quality - these should be announced in this list to prevent silly and bogus work. Translators, do not hesitate to ask here about every single suspicion you may have. As you see this question was answered. Thats pity it wasnt asked earlier.
