For the Dutch version: all seems OK, no English Helppages or strings

Hi Ivo,
I've an issue with the help files. I've installed the .deb package from
here
http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization/localization37/
and several help pages are in English (searching in the Index on book find
book view or bookmarks, address books;exchanging, aspect ratio;resizing
objects, all of the AutoFormat function, etc). The index entry and the
corresponding help page are both in English.
I've installed the version on two different computers to make sure, but I
get the same error.
