Hi Rafaella,

every OOo user should be able to login into QATrack by using his/her OOo user account. If somebody needs a role as OOo l10n QA lead then he/she needs to ask for this role within the QA mailing list. Per or myself could add this role to the user account on request.

What is needed ?

The OOo login name
The locale name (eg. en-US)

thank you Joost for the above information. This means that in case after login the RC builds are not available for selection, the N-L QA lead

yes

The builds are not available in QATrack just by a login. They have to be added manually by the respective user. Only then it is possible to change the status to inqa, approved, etc.

needs to request for the appropriate permissions, right?

yes

Joost, Per, Marcus,

many N-L teams have delivered traslations for 3.2. Can you please make sure that we have QATrack accounts set up for all these teams? Let's make it as easy as possibles to all these teams to log into QATrack and approved the l10n release candidates / language packs. At: http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/cws/upload/localization/localization37fix/ you can get the list of the languages.

If any other team needs an account in QATrack or needs assistance on how to proceed with the final approval/release, please do let me know.

Thanks,
Rafaella
