As I understand that many things are new the first time, here are some
clarifications around the QATrack permissions:
Working in QATrack
If you want to be able to work in QATrack and handle builds, you need
permissions for that language. Submit your request for permissions for
your account to the [email protected] mailing list.
Adding builds
You are responsible that the builds that you work with are added to
QATrack. If the list is empty, use the QATrack's Submit Build tab, enter
a URL to a OpenOffice.org mirror where the build can be found, and click
OK. Perform this step for all the builds that you wish to work with.
Don't get an response
In case you don't get a repsonse from the mailing list - send it again!
We are people and people can easily miss emails :-)

thank you Joost for the above information. This means that in case
after login the RC builds are not available for selection, the N-L QA
lead needs to request for the appropriate permissions, right?

QATrack and approved the l10n release candidates / language packs.
