They are untranslated, as are many more things in the Hel.

exactly are you looking at and which string in Pootle?
The strings are either found in Pootle, as translated, but left
untranslated in the Help (for example: "To show or hide the comment
indicator, choose Tools - Options - OOo-dev Calc - View and mark or
unmark the Comment indicator check box."), or do not show up in Pootle
at all ("To access this command...").
The build is m9, with a Polish langpack.
