[~raju.bairishetti], The release history page can always point to archives.
Archive link becomes active as soon as release is added to dist. We link latest
release from "http://www.apache.org/dyn"; to get mirroring for the artifacts.
So, release history page can always point to archive, sothat it need not be
changed.
