[~raju.bairishetti], Seems the release for 2.4 is not archived.
http://archive.apache.org/dist/lens/2.4-beta/ does not exist. I dont know why.
As per http://www.apache.org/dev/release.html#archived, release should be
available within a day of release, we might have to check with Infra.
If there is any other issue, the release may never get archived, we need to fix
this before next release.
[~sriksun], Is there any update that we missed about archiving releases?
