It looks rather like a workflow problem which is not related to my
recent changes. Is the document in the state "Review"? Are you sure
you have sufficient permissions for publishing?
Maybe you could use a debugger on the workflow classes.

Well, the only difference with the trunk that could be relevant is the
jcr repository. I commented the repository.xconf, because i do not use
the jr at this time. There are some xsl sheets added, but that cannot do
any harm. Could the jcr config cause the problems?
