But there are still some xslts in the default pub which have something
like:
<xsl:import href="../../../../../xslt/navigation/tabs.xsl"/>
In the first step, this wouldn't even have to change - we could
deploy the publications in the webapp directory. But of course it
would be great to separate them also in the build directory.
