btw: which is the recommended cocoon version? the INSTALL-SRC file
mentions 2.1.7, but the example in build.properties says 2.1.9. unless
lenya 1.2 does indeed run with "2.1.7 or any later version", we should
clarify this.
agreed. From Josias' feedback it seems that 2.1.10 is working, so I
would suggest that set 2.1.10 within the INSTALL-SRC.

well, if we don't need 2.1.10, we shouldn't specify it and force users
into needless upgrades. instead, maybe the INSTALL-SRC should say "known
to work with cocoon versions 2.1.7 to 2.1.10".
