Hi all,

I am lately having problems to read some mails due to the big amount of
abusive language.
Everybody should be aware that the mails you write are indexed by
various archives. Would you write in this matter to a client? If English
isn't your first language would you write it the same way in your mother
tongue?

I am not sure what you are refering to. Can you be a bit more explicite?

In which regards?

I will not link to any of this mails if you mean this (it is a general
issue). Everybody can search on marc for your favorite swear word and
you get some samples.

I really don't think it helps if you just make these kind of general statements. Either send an email directly to the person you think he/she is swearing too much or point it out here.

If we cannot discuss in the open, then I think there is no point in mentioning it in the open, because it will just help to support rumours amd that's very unhealthy I think.
