No, because I do not want to point fingers since I strongly believe that
is not helping. Further it is in general everybody needs to review what
(s)he is writing and not using swear words or strong language.

Why is pointing somebody explicitly out, open? 

I talked about mails in general or don't you think the question "Would
you write in this matter to a client?" is a good measure for every mail?
