yeah, Jörn enhanced the docu yesterday maybe we can describe the trouble
to set up there and note how we fixed it.

my "docu" is not meant for end-users but for developers to create a
reproducible proxy testing scaffold.
if you have found out things of interest to users, put them on the
website, where it's more visible. if you have found problems specific to
the test scenario i described, please update the proxytest README.
i hope that we can update to jetty6 for 2.0.1, and then the two can be
merged.
