For me extending is adding new modules, generators, ... 
However I do not see any damage if some "user" mail will go to "dev" and
vice versa. If we identify a mail that should be discussed on another
list we can always point this out.

This name is highly confusion since [EMAIL PROTECTED] already
exists.

All the ASF projects I am subscribed to have [EMAIL PROTECTED] I am
very used to this and I guess I am not the only one. It would confuse me
if I would need to write to another mailing list.

For me user of lenya are customizing lenya/pub and devs are the one that
extending lenya. Some of this extension may end up into the main
distribution if donated to and accepted by lenya.

Further the administrative work to rename the lists and the resulting 
problems are IMO not worth the benefits.
