A newbie thought : In my opinion, rename or add some ML is not necessary for now, but I think that the objectives of the two mailing list have to be clarified in the official site ML description.
IMO, this clarification will be more efficient if some "concrete" subjects are listed, like : * possibilities and limitations of the plateforme : post on dev * bug encounter with the distribution : post on dev * installation and configuration : post on user * build your own module : post on user * templating : post on user * etc... Creating this list may be a little borrowed, but if you want well separate lists, I thing that is a solution for well communicate about objectives of the two mailing lists. Just my two pence!
