I'm sorry but I forgot to tell you. (and update the documentation) I have added the parameter invisilble to the siteFragmentGenerator in the 2_1_X branch. See also: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/lenya/branches/BRANCH_2_1_X/src/modules/navigation/java/src/org/apache/lenya/modules/navigation/SiteFragmentGenerator.java?r1=907008&r2=1243049 If the value is true you'll get the labels even if the nodes are invisible. If you use the current 2.1.x branch this should work.
